Drivers are not allowed to offer door-to-door service, custom pick-ups or drop-offs. To avoid inconveniences or embarrassments, please do not ask your drivers for those. Even if a driver agrees out of the kindness of their heart, this will put them in trouble if caught 

Read the ride's terms and conditions about the luggage, pets, exact pick-up and drop-off points, eating and drinking in the car, smoking, babies and infants, ... etc. 

Please be mindful of your fellow travellers: arrive early, respect the time allotted for the rest stops, personal hygiene, respect and politeness, do not impose conversations when someone prefers to keep it to themselves, use headphones for your music, keep your phone calls short and quiet
